While I did get short listed on the third platform campaign challenge ficlet,I didn't win. I DID win a random prize (a book i'm looking forward to getting) and I was proud just to place.

I didn't get short listed for the awards at Rule of Three but I had such fun. I can't wait for May to revisit it.

I consider the platform building challenge to be a real success. I didn't rss feed enough people but i guess I could go back and do that when I have time. I did pick up a lot of new people on twitter (though I haven't been on there in a while because of the dead computer. It's difficult on this tiny netbook.

I'm happy to see both of the above mentioned challenges are putting out ebooks, one for charity. I'll let you know more about that later when I get more details.

I haven't heard back on my novella yet. Getting nervous.


I am doing nano but I'm not doing erotica. I'm doing it under my other pen name. It's going well.

I saw that you did get the random! congrats! That's what happened to me on the 1st challenge.

Hell, I was just excited to get to the second round with the 1st and 3rd challenge before I was eliminated.

The Girl of Fire and Thorns by Rae Carson.

It's a YA title. Heard good things about it so I thought I'd check it out.

You are right, those challenges were fun, even if we weren't chosen as winners.

I took part in another challenge, too, which was about creating a new creature. I found that one via the Campaigners, as so many other interesting and funny bloggers. Besides, I acutally won that challenge ;)

How is your NaNo going? I'm still keeping up, but sometimes it's not easy.
