back from Victoria

jana_denardoIn Vancouver Island, British Columbia. It was my first time in BC and it's beautiful. Moreover it sparked a few ideas so I'm pretty excited. I think I'll be doing Temple/Li, Caleb/Agni for 'home for the holidays' open call but I had been planning something like that
More importantly, I thought I wouldn't do the vacation open call, not usually my thing. I didn't quite know how to work my comfort zones in with urban fantasy or mystery or the like. Then I went on two ghost walks in Victoria, stayed in a haunted hotel, saw no less than four others and thought, this is perfect. The two men will be an established couple (OMG, yes I know, that never happens with my stuff except for Temple et al). One's a ghost hunter and one's his photographer (and an artist in his own right). I know the photographer is from Ireland but that's about all I know right now. It'll mostly be touring Victoria and sex. I'm rather excited by it.
