staggering around

I can't seem to find my center and just sit down and write. I feel a little slammed from all over i think is part of the problem. Another is I'm just feeling like my writing sucks and what's the point? (I suspect I've been reading a few too many shoddy books and going if this got published then why....)

But I AM writing.I AM making progress. Just not enough fast enough. I need to kick it into high gear in the next week or so and really knock this pirate story down.

If nothing else, you'll catch a major wave when November comes around. I hope you've started thinking about what you'll write. NaNo, for all the aggravation and stress, seems to be a major generator of stories with potential, given a little forethought and a big dash of inspiration.

I have indeed given much thought to it. I know what i would try if i do non-erotic but I do think that I'll probably write as Jana this year. Either I'm going to do a novel from my 1930's universe with Temple, Agni and Caleb, demon hunters, or revisit the Crisis in Faith universe with Luc and Arrigo, Vegas vampires.

the good thing with erotica that you can pretty much publish at 50K and with 60K a lot of the publishers guarantee in print and ebook pubs
