And another week has come and gone. I might be a tad slow on commenting as my laptop has issues right now and my hip just had some work on it so sitting at the desk top is a bit...painful.

Thanks, though, to everyone who has commented over the last several weeks. It makes me very happy! I'm sharing more of Behind Blue Eyes which I'm now working onfor Camp Nano and I fear will be too long for its own good.

Kaleo has been staying with Aneurin in his orbital condo, very sleek and modern but Aneurin is finally taking him 'home.' Home is being modeled on some of the old English manor houses (though his family really is of Welsh heritage). The house looks like it could have been transported from the height of the castle crazy and Kaleo is utterly overwhelmed by the sheer size of the place. (Just wait till he realizes Aneurin owns more than just two places)


I'm thinking something along the lines of Tyntesfield Manor

“You're going to spoil me.” Kaleo laughed but it unnerved him a little. He was excited to have something like this to run around in. Was he actually considering it worth having sex with Aneurin worth it to stay in a castle? Aneurin still remained as uninterested as ever in him. Kaleo was starting to take it personally even though he knew Aneurin was trying to be good about not taking advantage of someone he considered little more than a sex slave.

Kaleo is definitely not used to having nice things. He's still coming around to the idea there are nice people in the universe.

I'm not quite sure if Kaleo wants to have sex with Aneurin, or if he considers the sex to be a trade off for being taken care of, or if he's just feeling a little miffed that Aneurin doesn't seem interested. (I really want to read more of this, though -- I'm loving the story and the characters.)
