Rainbow Snippets

This was the longest week of my life, beginning with my birthday spent in the ER with mom and ending with her having to have her toe amputated (which sadly I saw coming as I'm a podiatrist, or was before I was injured) At least she's recovering and should be home tomorrow.

I'm continuing with These Haunted Hills. Brendan, Josh and Cass are at the Stuart Opera House in Nelsonville OH taking Brendan on his first ghost hunt with all the equipment.

He hadn’t told Brendan that the haunting was mostly confined to the stage area - though Brendan might have read that on Josh’s site. They wanted him to get the experience and he seemed to be enjoying it. Josh let Cassia take the lead because he knew she really wanted to spend a little time with Brendan and he’d already spent so many hours with him already. He thought Brendan liked her - an absolutely necessity if they were going to be friends and he really thought they were. He didn’t get the ‘you’re just an employee’ vibe from Brendan.

“Whoa!” Brendan jumped, his head snapping left and right.
