Sunday Small Talk

Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers out there.

I spent it at Rathacon (as graduation was yesterday and I couldn't travel back to PA to see my own Mom).


Writing wise, I got another 2K done for Behind Blue Eyes and almost finished a pivotal scene. I need to get moving with the plot as I'm at the novel mark word count wise and I know it's nowhere near finished. If you leave me to it, I'll be rivaling Martin, Sanderson and King for huge-ass novels.

I'm still plugging away at editing Blood Red Roulette. Hopefully no more than two weeks away from sending it in.

But otherwise I haven't managed much but last week was finals which is insanely busy and this week I'm being a geek, today Rathacon, tomorrow going to Cincinnati to see Maggie Stiefvater and spending the night there because I have to be in Columbus in the early AM for a research presentation.


So yeah eventually writing will get done.

But now it's time for play.
