WHAT I'M READING I just finished reading Dark of the Moon the first Virgil Flowers spin off of John Sandford’s Prey series. It was a disappointment.

I’m currently reading Torchwood: Trace Memories my first Torchwood tie in book. So far not bad.


WHAT I'M WRITING (+ ONE WRITING GOAL) *
Diddly squat but for two good, but unpleasant reasons. Firstly, it’s the first week back to school and that is so much prep work on my time but more importantly, my grandmother passed away so obviously I’m not in the mood to write.
My goal is the same as last week to finish the revamp of chapter 3 of my vampires in Vegas novel Blood Red Roulette

WHAT WORKS FOR ME I’m skipping this this week as I’m not really in the mood.

WHAT ELSE IS NEW
Mostly only did this, this week to mention again my grandmother’s passing. She was 99 so it was a long life and she got to see her great GREAT grandson a few times before she passed.

Also I signed up for a bunch of reading challenges

Thanks. Yes, 99, she would have been 100 in a couple months. She's probably disappointed she didn't get the letter for her 100th birthday from the president (she really wanted that).

Her own mother lived to 94 as well. The women in my family go on and on.

Luckily it did. Unluckily, my sugar dropped. At 1 AM when I went to bed it felt like it was low but it was 171. One hour later it was 60. I had spend from 2-3 AM slowly eating things and thanks to the somogyi effect it's now back to 300. I feel like crap.

Then brother called before 8 AM because he was bored. It might be a double funeral.
