WHAT I'M READING The M/M romance group on goodreads is having their Don't Read in the Closet writing challenge, Love's Landscape, and I've been reading the stories there. I just finished a really interesting manga, No. 6 a SF dystopia. I liked volume 1 and I'm not really a dystopia fan. I'm also working on a self-pubbed book I won on Goodreads and I'm struggling with writing the review since I know how much bad reviews hurt but wow, it's really not good.


WHAT I'M WRITING I just sent in my final edits for my own Love's Landscape novella, Triskelion it should be available soon. I've done a little editing on Soldiers of the Sun but I haven't been writing much this week. It's terrible.


WHAT INSPIRES ME RIGHT NOW Not a whole lot. It's been a rough week personally. Mom's developed a mysterious issue. I'm running around prepping for surgery. Everyone is snappish, and the Love's Landscape project has a pair of trolls running around rating everything 1-2 stars (I mean why even play along if that's all you want to do?) so yeah, not too much inspiration

WHAT ELSE I'VE BEEN UP TO Prepping for surgery and trying to make huge amounts of headway for my fall lectures before the surgery has taken up all my time. It's not been a fun summer.
